Who we are
Daniel and Laurie met at Fredericksburg High School in sophomore English class. Their fathers were both German speakers, and they grew up with all of the benefits of a peaceful life in a small German community. They love the hill country and know all of the country roads like the back of their hands. They grew up dancing together at Luckenbach and Pat’s Hall. Daniel built some of the earliest wineries in the area. They know the history of this place because their roots grow deep in this hill country soil. They want to share this knowledge with you.
Booking process:
Contact us and share your requested dates, tour choice, and lunch choice. We will email and text you an acceptance reply with the total fees for the tour. You will have 24 hours to send the deposit of 1/2 the total amount via Laurie’s Venmo account to secure the tour date. I will then send a receipt for the deposit. The balance is due two days before the tour date via Laurie’s Venmo account. At this time, you will share the pickup location with us.
7-Day Cancellation Policy:
All cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the tour date to receive a credit towards a future tour. or a full refund of the deposit. Whether it’s one person or the whole group, the 7-day cancellation policy applies. If you cancel within 7 days of the tour, we are unable to offer a refund or credit.
Refunds:
In the unlikely event that we need to cancel a tour, we will offer a full refund.

TABC Rules:
Please note that we are not liable for any incidents or penalties resulting from breaking the rules set by the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission (TABC). It is the responsibility of each individual to abide by TABC rules, including those related to alcohol consumption and behavior. The winery’s servers have the authority to refuse to serve any or all members in your group. Everybody’s limits are different, so make sure that you know you limits as you may be asked to leave the winery if you act like you’ve been overserved like; slurring of speech, stumbling, slouching, volume increase or repeating yourself. If a server refused to serve you or your group we will not be able to refund your tasting fees.
Liability Waiver:
Before the tour begins, each tour member will be asked to sign the Liability Waiver.
